Phone Consultation
Our Phone Consultation is the first step to working with us. During our call, we will cover your questions and our program recommendations. The call is approximately 20 minutes. We aim to schedule your call within 48 business hours of your inquiry, excluding major holidays.

Enroll & Onboard
Next, we will begin your onboarding process. During the onboarding process you will receive important emails detailing the next steps for your "Pre-School" training and orientation information. This info will get you started right away by exploring helpful solutions to manage common issues, until the in-person program portion begins.

Start to see Results
By beginning right away with functional changes and interactive brain games, you will start to see improvements in your dog. The "Pre-School" work is designed to teach essential life skills shifts. Every dog and human team is unique so we can't ethically tell you exactly what the improvements will be, but we know if you follow our guidance, you are on the right path! This information will prepare you and your dog for the in-person sessions.
